What customers are saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Colorado Springs.

Honestly everyone deserves more than 5 stars! I recently moved here from out of state and my bed frame was destroyed in during my move so I shopped around and found what I wanted. I had a horrible experience at the rent a center close to my place the lady refused to sell me the bed frame I wanted (it matches my aesthetic) because they didn’t have it in stock and tried to over charge me for something I didn’t want, I left. Your store welcomed us with kindness. Brandon was super helpful, the king sized bed frame I had been longing for was right on the show floor, and he explained the difference in support between the slats and adding a metal frame. He explained the whole process thoroughly, joked around with us, and overall the best customer service. The two guys that delivered and set up my new frame were amazing! They were respectful and professional. It took them no time at all to assemble it. I wish I remembered their names, but I was completely exhausted. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. 10/10 will rent from them again!

Max at this RAC has helped me so much and done everything I asked. MAKE SURE TO READ THE AGREEMENT I see a lot of people on here upset about very preventable things that would’ve been solved had you read the paperwork all the way. Thanks Max for the unforgettable experience I’ve had shopping with yall the past couple of months!

Me personally , I’ve never had an issue, if they didn’t have something they offered the next best thing until the other came in stock to replace it, when I’m behind on a payment as long as you communicate with them they are phenomenal, James and Angel are truly the best to work with, I’m a single mom so being able to purchase beautiful bedroom sets for my kids and a couch to make our lives comfortable and give them something comfy and amazing is truly phenomenal when i can’t afford paying it out right! I’ve never had an issue, they are great!
