Although the store has nice stuff and a couple people in there are nice calling me at 7AM on a Saturday because I missed a payment is ridiculous…waking me up out my sleep on my off day because I missed one day I can understand if it’s been days but one day is crazy trust me you’ll get your payments but calling my phone nonstop like your the police especially when you don’t open until 10AM is diabolical and unprofessional. I’m a nursing student and also work almost 10hrs Monday-Friday.

Terrible Customer Service at this store. Waited 20 mins or so to get help. Started a lease online and made a payment. Went in to pick up item and wasnt able to due to some of my paperwork being incorrect. So I asked them to pleas ecancel my order. Then the guy at the counter told me they would refund my pament back to my card. 3 or 4 days went by and I called up there because refund still had not posted. A lady answered and stated they mailed me a refund check. Which is fine but they should have stated that up front when insted of lying the first time.

Spend what you want. Usually 120 same as cash. After 120 days it gets expensive. They carry good stuff. Just be careful with what you spend and ahree to. Staff is polite and professional. Honestly, I would use this place for must-have items like washers, dryers and refrigerators. So if you finance a $200 boom box for 18 months, that's on you. Your best bet is to pay cash, in full which they will gladly accept. Like I said, be careful.

The manager Christina was so generous and helpful. Very well mannered , patient and made my choice of product easy. I was in and out and she gave me the best customer service. God did his thing when he put that beautiful intelligent lady in this universe. I was having a bad day bc my washer went out. Not only did she help me and made things quick and easy, she gave me encouraging words after a long hard day. Thanks

Love Aaron's! Been shopping here since 8 yrs back..no credit cheque n easy application n friendly n patient n helpful customer service! Brought a friend to buy a bedroom n living room set..the mgr was real patient even when my friend found that he has not enough money for the 1st payment after all paperwork is done n allow him to postphone payment to end of week!
