I have been dealing with Aaron's for awhile now. I'm actually a Gold customer. All I wanted for my items to be delivered on the day I was promised but I never was told a time frame when my items will arrive. Not only that, they lied and said they called and no one answered. And come to find out it was not my number. I'm very upset and disappointed of the service and professionalism I received. I have paid off many accounts with this company

I was so excited about my bed the delivery guy name Juan was nice but he forgot to drill whole in platform bed rails are loose know my son has to sleep with out his new bed company head office gave a small mattress never to orders online go to store

Desmond and dae-dae are absolutely amazing men who are friendly and professional. This was Desmond second time delivering to me and was great than and today. Aaron's staff and gm does and excellent job to make sure you leave happy. They also called me to make sure I was still happy with my rental. I will never rent anywhere else. Thanks for many my house feel like a home

Employees were very polite when entering this store. The manager on the other hand was very unprofessional and ghetto. They sent someone to my house about an agreement that I have nothing to do with. When I called the office, they claimed my address came up when searching my mother’s name. I explained to them that my mother did not get any merchandise from them. He(the manager) stated he had paperwork that she signed secondary. I told him that I will bring her up there for a copy of this paperwork. When we arrived, he couldn’t provide any paperwork that she signed. Only asking us where is their merchandise. Why waste my time if you know you don’t have any paperwork she has signed. Go after the person who has your merchandise and stop harassing innocent people!!! That manager is the worst manager I have ever encountered!!

Unprofessional. This is how one of the manager's parks her car every day. Takes up two key spaces like she is more important than customers.
