Delivery set up was fine it was about 2 months into my contract that I started to have issues mind you I had never been late on a payment I started to get phone calls telling me I needed to pay for my living room furniture ok I paid it then I actually looked at my contract my furniture was not due to be paid for for a whole five business days when I asked about it of course she got smart so I told her to come get the furniture and everything else they had now two weeks later they're trying to charge my account for furniture that has been returned
Absolutely ridiculous. I took off work early for a furniture delivery. The furniture was supposed to be delivered before 7 PM. It’s 9 o’clock and I still don’t have my furniture. Not to mention the delivery man called me at 7 PM telling me that they were on their way I guess they decided to take my furniture home. I don’t even want it anymore.
My wife and I haven’t even gotten our appliances yet, but the process of getting the delivery arranged has been so terrible that I just want to cancel and buy them from somewhere else. The website and local store definitely do not work in tandem. The website gave a specific ETA for delivery after I made my payment. Of course the store never contacted me, which they were supposed to. And every time I called them I was told that they had no record of me in the system and then was given a yap session about what day their truck arrives. I was told my appliances weren’t in because I ordered on a Thursday and their truck comes in on thursdays, so I’d need to wait. Fair enough. I called back Thursday afternoon and the lady was practically on autopilot (and prepared to give me a brand new excuse as to why I was being inconvenienced this time) and she said their truck comes in on WEDNESDAY and that I’d be contacted at some other random arbitrary time. After wasting my time with all that exposition, she decided to take two seconds to actually look me up and then found me and said my shipment did arrive at the store. Then she says I’d need to come to the store to show my ID so they could schedule the delivery? I thought that sounded idiotic because what was the point of me going online and entering personal information and even signing documents electronically for an order if I still need to go to the store in person anyway. That’s like ordering DoorDash and then showing up at the restaurant so they can see my debit card. But anyway, I step away from work to go to the store and the lady literally just asks me the same questions she asked me on the phone and doesn’t even ask to see my ID. I had it in hand and asked HER if she needed to see it since that was the purpose of me coming up there. She says no and then said they can’t deliver until four additional days later from the hours of 11am to 7pm. I really wish that I waited for this washer and dryer that my wife wanted was available somewhere else because Aaron’s (or at least the stage road location) is the kind of place that people warn you to stay away from. Unfortunately I’m locker in but I’ll just get this paid off asap in hopes that I never have to speak with anyone at that store or from this company again.
Rented a fridge and waited several days for them to get it in stock and the day of delivery they try to get the next payment up front or they can't deliver. I have the money now but just because of principles I will be canceling and going to Rent a center
