Don’t rent nothing from this location the entire staff is unprofessional incompetent including the mangers I have never rent before and the experience was horrible 1st the employee was rude off top every male and female o talked too I never received. My rental agreement till the day of delivery and did nothing the dryer dint have a connector the lady on the phone with a smart mouth gonna say you didn’t read your agreement I told her no you never sent them they delivered the wrong washer and dryer never came back I called to reschedule The delivery cause it was pouring our side and was told ok .. they I looked at the app it says was delivered so I called they gonna tell me they canceled my order and I asked who authorized it to be canceled the man said nobody did we just decide to cancel it ourself because you was upset bout having to buy a connector for the dryer .. I never told them to them to cancel my deliver That was the most unprofessional , rude’s experience I have ever had everyone up in that location need to be fired looking at the reviews this is a know thing with this location how they treat there customers then in mid conversation they rudely hung up in my face

Terrible customer experience. Inquired about living room set + tv. The lady over the phone seems nice on the beginning then her attitude switches. If you see an older medium toned lady with a low temp fade please run. And chose one struggle you can’t have that face and attitude. Pick a struggle.

Huge thank you to Angela for all the help! My husband and I are moving across country and we were going to be without most of our household furniture for a month. My in-laws had the brilliant idea of renting from Rent A Center so we would have the basics comforts until the movers delivered ours. Angela was so kind and personable! We highly recommend this RAC location!

I’ve been a customer for a while, and never really had an issue. Recently I called and the employees were very rude, as well as the manger. I’ve heard how they can be very rude, and unprofessional. However, this was my first time experiencing at hand. From what I see in the reviews, this is something that happens a lot. So something needs to be done about the employees customer service. & the manger was worse! As someone who is managing, he doesn’t lead a great example. Very rude, and very ratchet. I will never shop there again. And I will be sure to tell anyone I hear say they are shopping there, to avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately they can be very unprofessional. I was making my payment and afterwards I noticed that I was overcharged. I proceeded to call back to get an undersrand as to what happened. I had never had an issues up to this point. I was told I missed last week's payment and that I was due the next day. So I was just charged without my consent. This baffled me considering I was not due yet. The sales team leader just took it upon himself to take my payment for the next day. I informed him that he did not communicate with me regarding that, he just begain denying and then being passive with me. You can pull up the recording from the phone call, they are recorded. And because I had had no prior issues concerning my payments, I did not think to ask if I was being charged head of time. I informed him I did not want him to take back the payment, however I did feel as if what he did was not right and unprofessional. He continued to try to explain to me that he thought he told me. Why would you take an early payment without consen? He proceeded to say he'll take the payment off and refund it. I then reiterated what i previously told him, that I did not want him to take the payment off I just found it to be unprofessional. He again stated he would take the payment off. I say no sir I dont what that, I will just make different arrangements, so you have a good day. Then there was a click and dead air. Very unprofessional, and presumptuous. As I told him, my problem was never with the payment itself. It was the fact that it was taken presumptuously and without permission.
