The staff in the store are friendly. I have no complaints about them. My issue is with the company. I purchased a couch and a loveseat in 2020. I’ve had to have each replaced multiple times through warranty. It takes several months to get items replaced or repaired. The issue is that everything comes from overseas and it arrives damaged. I had a new loveseat delivered in April and had to call the store two days later because it was damaged. It arrived that way. I didn’t notice til 2 days later. They sent a tech out, ordered parts to patch on the couch because the have to patch it several times before they replace it. It’s July and I’m still waiting on the repair. Also each time you have something replaced, you have to buy the warranty again. I recommend purchasing your furniture from some where else. It’s truly a hassle to get what you pay for here.

Applying for store credit was easy and they even delivered the furniture on a holiday (memorial day). We came in for recliners and got what we came for and found a couple other things we needed too. Payments were reasonable. I will be back to spend more when I pay my balance down

In 2018, I needed a lawnmower and tired of getting used mowers that quit after 2 or 3 yard cuts. My wife saw a lawnmower at Badock Furniture and told me to go and have a look, I was surprised at the line of credit that I was given, it was way more than Expected. I got the lawnmower of my choosing, Poulan Pro 42 inch cut with a 17.5 B&S I'm very pleased with this mower and been able to make money on the side with it, Cutting grass for others and cutting my own yard. And the better news is 1 more payment and it's paid off........ I really appreciate being able to get something, Even though the interest is a bit higher, I really do enjoy my lawnmower and being able to cut grass without any worries of mechanical problems.

This visit was the first time in this place that I enjoyed it. Times before we didn't even get a hello from staff members even after walking the entire store. This time I found my favorite rocking chair that is in my nurse that I enjoy rocking all my foster babies to sleep in.
