The directions were dead on. The only thing that strange was the end. It was in a strip mall. When you turned in it was clear you were there. However it kept turning you in the parking lot until you were directly in front of the location.

Well I ordered a bedroom suite and everything was going great, set the delivery time for one thing. Then suddenly I was told that it couldn't be done at the time it was promised this was Thursday. So we decided to have the delivery done later that Friday afternoon. I spoke to them 3 times that week. The move in day finally arrived, I received a text and email from Tommy explaining they needed additional information. So I asked why didn't you say something earlier. He told me we'll it was mentioned a month ago. I was talking to him and another person at the cash register. He said a few more words and I said ok and hung up. He immediately called me back asking did I hang up. I said yes because you said ok. Then he rudely starts yelling saying he is not putting up with this before you even get the delivery. Told me that my contact was canceled and I would be getting a full refund. Then hangs up on me. So I'm looking at my phone like what. I called back he didn't even say hello, but Ms.Rowell are calls are recorded so please stop calling here. You can never rent from this store and I mean never. Then hangs up on me. I still haven't gotten the full refund yet. As a customer and him being a professional representative for a business this attitude was very rude.

This guy Tommy is very rude and he most definitely shouldn’t be working as a store manager he has no professionalism whatsoever and of course he’s nice to the ones he know. Tommy should not be working in an establishment where he deals with customers. I’ve dealt with rent a center before paid ya’ll off and never dealt with a Tommy before. I will never go back there.

I turn it back in, but it also had insurance on it to get it sent off to get it reset because I forgot the password word. I wish I had an option to post the text messages. I had to block him, but I will be seeking legal action, because if I don’t stop he will continue to be this way with others.

Mr Tommie is absolutely amazing..I love doing business with him, this isn't my first time, I've known him in 2019 when I bought a washer and dryer then and paid it off.
