Moving and starting fresh is a challenge in itself. The team here in Florence made the experience easy, understandable and helped work to secure amazing pieces. Id like to personally shout out to the sales manager Elizabeth!!! Probably hands down best customer service ive ever personally experienced; not only was she very knowledgeable and helpful with my millions of questions She also helped find the perfect items for my new place. I can not wrote how amazing this team is. For sure will turn to them for all future endeavors

I have bought a washer/dryer set from them few years ago by simply making a monthly rental payment until it was paid off. It's a great option to get what you need if you live paycheck to paycheck 🥰. They have reasonable prices and nice ,quality items and the people are nice too. I want to get a living room set next🤗!!

Don't go here I was recently approved online & The general Manager at this location is racist . I walked in one day wasn't given no help . He wanted me to change my photo ID to my current address. Got a call from Marion Sc who then did my lease & agreement over the phone no hassle. So that let me know that changing my address on my ID wasn't an requirement. He then Set me up for delivery and everything I called the store & the Gm was like sorry we can't get you approved. When the approval was never up to him to begin with. He then goes to say past history which was almost 10 years ago which if thats the case i shouldnt have never been approved. Don't waste your time it wasn't a pleasant experience. Very unprofessional Go to Badcock they are fast & stand on their approval once arriving in store.

Went in to look at a few things for my new home. Was greeted from associate whom has no name tag nor introduced herself. Asked about an item and was answered very rudely and with attitude. She had to go ask someone else in the store and came back even more spiteful. I also let her know I have an account already with some others things in another store and she told me I had to go to that store. Never asked anyone else and walked away before I could ask anything else. I also work in customer service and was not very appreciative with the interaction today.

Current customer, good store has tons of products you would want or need, cost is a little higher with finance charge but what isn't. Robert (store manager) very nice guy , however they need to work on communication between store employees, management and the customer. My ssdi had a renewal I missed in the mail so it took me 30 days to fix and get a check. I must have them 15 x on my security cameras at Mt house for collection at least 50 phone calls to include my extended family and job. I have the Aaron's club just for that reason and it took a acct manager at the store to finally tell me how to make the claim and fix my account . I would just expect more in the way of customer service going out of their way to make sure I stay in my leased product and happy. It's a rough time for everyone in this Biden economy after all I've been customer at least 7 yes I know of and paid off my products.
