I have been dealing with them for a few years.... and my experiences have been Amazing@! For instance Samantha and Tracy went above and beyond to help me!! They actually took matters on their own hands because I had a bed frame and TV stand delivered and the guys didn't put things together properly, so both they girls came to my house this morning and hooked everything up theirselves@! I don't know any place that would have gone out of their way to help like this. Such a great group of people especially Samantha she's always been amazing to deal with in my eyes* can't wait to get my beautiful new couches Thursday. KUDOS RENT A CENTER LADIES....I LOVE YALL...
