Horrible service, asked to see their polices and was told they could not show me that information and told me that 1099 income is not a viable income, they also let me set my payment options up as weekly and then told me I could only pay monthly, highly recommend aarons over whatever this place is

Not going to do business here. Lady always says she is going to call me back & never does happened with the bed set & now desktop computer lol. Ill just change my store.

Don’t rent from these thieves! Ordered a chair online approved. I call the manager after 2 weeks of no answer on this chair and she says I’ll call you back. It’s been 2 weeks! Still nothing. When I called customer service they told me they can’t refund my 12.99 for benefits plus cause my account is closed? I never closed my account and why am I paying for something I never received? You know why? Cause they. Rip people off that’s why!! I would never recommend this store!!! Manager Johnni is no good !!!! Buyer beware they rip you off here!!!!

Your worker, Dana, at the Glendale Avenue Store in Toledo OH has been incredibly rude. She arranged a delivery for us a week ago,, and then called today to tell us that our story did not add up about renting, and dismissed any attempts I made to even try to explain anything. Now she will not answer the store phone and I have already made payments on the refrigerator. Incredibly unprofessional

This place is terrible. if I could I would give them a 0. The manager ( Dana)/Danna didn’t know how to do her job .. she was supposed to put me on auto-pay.. she didn’t know how to do that ..because when my payment was due on 9/9/23 my payment was still on my card .. 9/11/23 she calls in told me I was late on my payment .. I replied that I was on auto payment in the money is still on the card now .. she said she didn’t know why it didn't go Through after checking her record she realized she never finished setting it up Due to school and work I called her back the following day. I talked to Chris, I set up with him, and asked him when they going to take the money out, he said Friday I said okay have a good day. After working a 12-hour shift I got a call from them .. you are still late on your payment. I said I just called yesterday and talked to someone .. the guy responded we need the money now to bring your account current.. and give me a price of 108.50. I said I paid 98.90 he said because of the late fee .. I stated I had been called to get it paid.. he also stated the 6.00 was for a club .. so he took that off .. and let me speak to someone high up .. about why I had to pay a late fee For their mistake He transfers me to Dana/Danna 🤦🏾‍♀️ She stated that he was new and didn’t know his job yet ..and the balance would be 108.50... I told her the same thing .. why should I pay a late fee for their mistake and why did she keep putting the club in my total when he took it off... Stay far away from them !!! They don’t know how to do their job .. I had to call the customer service and wait for a call back from her Supervisor (her supervisor ) She doesn’t know anything, Chris doesn’t know anything, and a new guy that doesn’t know anything
