I would not recommend getting anything from here the manager is rude and judge me for trying to do the right thing well you have lost a paying customer

Matthew is absolutely amazing at customer service!! Something That's hard to find nowadays. He was extremely friendly. It was the absolute pleasure working with him. Took care of my situation in a timely manner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd totally give him ten if I could. And I don't leave a lot of reviews, only when it's well deserved. Thank you matthew again😊

The store manager is very rude talked down on me as a woman twice first time I let it slide. He made a comment that he could beat me. Very unprofessional I feel may need counseling after my interaction with him and will be contacting a lawyer about this issue.

This place is like the "Disney World of Shopping." Unbelievable selection. Crazy 6 months same as cash prices and best of all everyone there from the salespeople to the delivery guys treated me like family. I will be a customer for life. I love you Rent A Center!

They people are awesome.!! Bought my washer thru them.. Silver haired guy is cool.!! I left a load of my son's hoodies n clothes in dryer I returned this week.. please contact me.. thanks.. Great people to work with I'd use them again
