Gave them two out of five stars, not due to the equipment but more so due to the Customer Service. I one time lost my debit card and had to get a new one and forgot to update it in the automatic system and they called my job, which was embarrassing and not call for. Another thing is it’s like they don’t communicate with each other. I get a call from a lady to settle things with her and the next day a man will call me with the same problem even after the Problem is solved. Just recently, they said a payment didn’t go through because of the system malfunction which they claim happened to other customers as well, but I was still charged a late fee, even though it wasn’t my fault which I think isn’t fair or convenient to the customer. Feels like they need to work on communication and Customer Service.

I always deal with Brad, and he is fantastic! He’s professional, friendly, and provides excellent customer service every time — whether I call in or place an order online. The only minor hiccup I’ve experienced was a slightly longer delivery time once, but I completely understood as they can be short-staffed at times. Overall, this store consistently provides great service and I highly recommend them!

I had a frustrating experience with another Aaron’s location. I had been waiting over three months for a replacement of an oven (the appliance never worked from day one), and the delivery had been rescheduled more than five times. Then I received a call from this store, and Larry immediately stepped in to make things right. Within the hour, Larry found a solution, scheduled the delivery of the new item, and even arranged for the return of the old one to the original store—all on the same day. What the other location couldn’t resolve in months, Larry handled in less than 60 minutes. Huge thanks to Larry for turning a long-running headache into a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend this store and suggest asking for Larry.

Starting the lease was east and getting delivery of the merchandise was also convenient. Till it came time to return the item because it didn’t fit well in my home. I had to call several stores. And leave a message with the regional manager and I finally ended up calling the corporate line to get any action.
