I called in on 07/20/26, and spoke with Alyssa, Alexis Road/ Toledo, Ohio location. I had questions about a prior lease agreement and maintenance contract. She explained the policy, but when I asked if store personnel could come out she replied with “I just to you” and proceeded. I was not done with my concern. I felt unheard, so I dismissed the call. I did call back and request for my information to be removed from the system, I will not be returning as a customer. It’s possible I may go to a different location if needed. I would like to say thank you to Kendra for her kind customer service!

Had the pleasure to deal with Kendra, she’s always top notch professional and extremely helpful and the store is always very clean and smells lovely. Which is a plus because I then know I’m getting a great product coming from a clean store. Thank you Kendra !!!

This is the place to get furniture or electronics and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going through Kendra. I had an issue with our sectional and she made sure it was taken care of. She's the definition of a professional.

Michael is a good dude. Been dealing with him since he was at the Monroe Street location. He is one of the reasons why I chose the Alexis location when Monroe was not a store anymore. Kendra is my other reason. Been dealing with Aarons for over a decade now overall. And will continue to do so as long as I can continue to get great customer service like that of both Michael and Kendra.

I just wanted to say that I've bought alot of things at Aaron's and I have recently had a problem with my payment. And Aaron's was right there giving me help and giving me time that I needed. Not only are the staff all very helpful and very polite I will always give them my business. Thank you to all of the staff at Aaron's for your kindness.
