This is a whole new Rent -A-Center! I've been doing business with this location going on 3years and HATED this place.....now that it's under new owners and they have Mason as it's new face and person in charge...I love this place......I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE LIKE MASON'S! this is someone that TRULY cares for his customers. I know this place has had a bad rep for sometime now but you MUST give them another shot... As long as Mason is there you will not regret it! I will follow Mason to ANY location he goings to! So give them another chance and go see Mason he'll take care of you!

I'm on disability & I have to use rent a center to buy things I need. As long as u do ur part & pay ur bill like u r supposed to, this is a good company. But.. if u have a hardship in life & can not make ur payment, call them & explain ur situation & they will try to work with u so u can keep what u r working to pay for. They r nice if u talk to them & explain ur hardship.. they really don't won't to come get their property that u r trying ur best to pay for! Thank u rent a center!
