Thegeneral here. Good people, great history, friendly staff, exceptional service,on time, always do exactly what they say they will do for you. Been a customer for over 3 years. Never have I had a complaint or problem. Charlie,Zack,Devin are beyond reproach. Great group of gentlemen here that help you solve your problem. These employees are long time workers with great customer skills. I am continually impressed when I come in the store, it's clean alive and has a friendly we get the "job done attitude". Delivery of products are on time efficient, convenient and punctual. Maintenance on products if needed is immediate. I can honestly say without Questions, I have never EVER had a problem. They are open later than most business downtown with a wide selection of furniture, appliances and electronics. We should be proud and support these types of local businesses. I will. Also,Jimmy's food right down the block is awesome TOO.!!! Chicken wings!! Don't forget the Soul food restaurant too!!! OMG!!! AUTHENTIC TOO SAY THE LEAST!!! THIS IS A REALITIVLY NEW... I'll get some tomorrow now that I think about it!!! You let them know thegeneral sent you.

If it wasn't for them my home wouldn't be operating as it is as I'm on a limited income as I work towards better days. Theresa is by far the best to deal with at the gloversville store. If I ever have any issues with my account I know she's the one to call! Her customer service is amazing! She takes her time to make sure the customer is always happy. If I can't find what I want She goes above and beyond to find what I'm looking for. She is always so understanding and will break her back to help anyone! She is a great asset to the company!!
