44 church street in Gloversville have harassed me over and over , 2-5 phone calls everyday , even showing up twice a week to my home . .There attitudes are nasty after I paid off my furniture and got owner ship they red flagged me to the surrounding rent a centers . They gave me no reason except my manger told me they can’t . I wouldn’t advise anybody to rent to own through the Gloversville New York rent a center.

They act super nice on the phone but them make jokes about and insult their customers, I went into the Gloversville rent a center and the attitudes and negativity from the two females at the desk was actually nauseating. They made jokes about a women’s weight and the clothes she wore right after she walked out of the store. I’ve even heard the delivery men complaining about the way the ladies treat everyone behind closed doors. Never will even go there or rent there again!

Theresa is by far the best to deal with at the gloversville store. If I ever have any issues with my account I know she's the one to call! Her customer service is amazing! She takes her time to make sure the customer is always happy. If I can't find what I want She goes above and beyond to find what I'm looking for. She is always so understanding and will break her back to help anyone! She is a great asset to the company!!
