The saleswoman was very helpful, friendly and efficient in getting my order put together. I don't think I've ever had such an easy process with a furniture rental store before.

I am definitely not satisfied with the service I received, and DID NOT receive here. I decided to take the chance and go to the physical store instead of ordering online, just to see if there were any better deals or furniture pieces different from the inventory showing online. The manager seemed very personable and professional throughout the entire process from start to finish, but I learned after, the trust I placed in him to eventually deliver my furniture, which I absolutely fell in love with after he showed it to me in their back room inventory, was very sadly misplaced. He went through the entire process of totally selling me on this furniture , which was not originally what I was even looking for, got me excited and planning for that piece, just to totally ghost and ignore me through every phonecall and visit from there on. I personally requested him with each phone call I made. Left several messages for him to contact me back as soon as he was able, never called. At one point, a customer service representative from Aron's company called me to ask about my recent visit and offered any assistance I might need. This rep personally called my local Aron's store, got the manager I had been looking for on the other line, connected him to me and as soon as I started speaking he rudely interrupted and made a quick excuse to hang up. He then promised me a call back asap and, SURPRISE, haven't heard a word back. I feel as if I wasted so much valuable time with the entire fiasco, and that makes me upset, because I am still going without when I could have gone elsewhere and/or found what i needed and be totally content and comfortable with other new furniture, instead i still struggle finding what i need and going without being very uncomfortable! Horrible management!!
