What Customers Are Saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Albuquerque.

Eddie was very helpful and very honest. I highly recommend and praise his customer service.

Rent-A-Center

Employee was friendly, personable and acted like he knew us from way back! We paid off our items and he was real congratulatory. Everything I have from rent a center is good quality and super stylish, not to mention, priced fairly. Great place.

Yes it's expensive. All rent or lease to own places are. But if you really want or need something they got and want to make payments without the hassle of a credit card. Then this place or places like them are the option.

Rent-A-Center

For the longest time I been doing business with Rent A Center. I'm very pleased with the service and the product they sell. I recommend anyone to come and give them a try. Especially if your just starting out on your own or restarting all over again. Rent A Center might be a start in future, electronics, and even down to a washer and dryer to get back on track. 2 thumbs up from me 👍👍

I was in Aaron's yesterday relaxing in one of the lounge chairs, waiting to speak with Antonio whom was promptly addressing customers there before me, naturally. I was really impressed by how kind he was to one particular customer who expressed a need for accommodation. In fact sitting in that lounger, watching Antonio handle a simple discretion request, in a manner that, I felt like I was watching a commercial right there. As prior lease to own "clientbase" after bankruptcy with completed contracts, Antonio spent time to not alone make reasonable accommodations suitable to the norms, he actually reinforced the customers ability to meet the expectation. Went out of his way to lift his spirits. I did tell him right away the same thing and then he went out to my car to return the flat screen, I just haven't used. I appreciated no cost and his courtesy. Stood out because not normal. Antonio deserves a raise.

Aaron's

Ever since they got new employees and new store manager this Aaron's has improved dramatically from what it used to be . Before the new employees I used to get repeat calls about a payment due that I already made or they would double charge me and I'd have to call repeatedly to undo what they did. PRESENT DAY; this store is amazing the manager came from another store and she does an exceptional job and the workers under her from what I've seen do a great job. I enjoy my visits when I do visit this location.
