I been with rent a center for about a year got a washer and dryer in Oct 2023. Never had any issues. I ended up getting a fridge Aug 2024. RAC brought it over dirty (popsicle was in it melted and never got cleaned out) and I called store to let them know and just let them know that wasn’t good service after I paid money for item. Alfred went above and beyond with customer service. He got me an even newer model and better brand for the inconvenience . He acknowledged they messed up and it was a sincere apology which is all I wanted as I know mistakes happen. I did not expect the offer to bring a better and newer fridge. Thank you Alfred. Will definitely be a life long RAC customer.
