I don't know how long the as Ethan the store manager has been there but had a horrible experience with him I have been a customer for alest 6 or more years and I'm going low on that number .my mom is disabled and bedridden she badly needed a new standard ,elect chair as she CAN not move I let her communicate with him and then they agreed on a chair I should have been more involved I never would have thought that someone would take advantage and lie to a sick elderly person just to move a product and get money .he brought a small brown rocking chair ! Seriously she told him I told him she is not stable .the ironic thing is I got a rebate coupon in the mail for so much off a new agreement 😆 and a bday coupon too he offered nothing and tried to get extra money off me saying I needed a down payment plus the cost of the item I pay weekly he offered nothing I feel he was very shady and I made a complaint to corporate,was told him will get back to me ...okay won't hold my breath yeah he got like 22 bucks off me today but I will rethink getting anything else from ace anymore !

This place is so bad after 700 in payments for a 600 dollar couch they want us to go to collections for 900 dollars. After asking for a payoff amount for months was told make a payment Ill give it to you terrible. I also Bought a bluetooth speaker wouldent charge they said they would order a new charger. Waited 2 weeks for said charger. Came in picked it up it was a used charger from another store took the speaker and charger back home. Still won't charge said bring it back in we will swap it out with another one. That one was missing pieces and had no charger so used the charger they have me waited 30 minutes to try and turn on that one would not charge either. So after a month I got no speaker and a huge waste of numerous hours of my time. Upset is not the word I would use things should be in working order before sold and fully charged. I was not offered any sort of credit or the option of them getting me a brand new in box one nothing. Do better keep customers happy.

Nick did al, excellent customer service on Thursday October 24, 2024. With helping me, with a ASUS COMPUTE LAPTOP computer -15"" as a early birthday gift. And the store, manager she helped me get a portable washer and dryer and a stand on Thursday October 3, 2024. And the store, manager did an excellent customer service I really appreciate the staff they did an excellent job with caring for their customer. They need to be patient, with me because I just paid half of my rent and I paid, my cell phone bill and internet bill and my checking account is in the negative right now soplease be patient with me Ethan.

I’ve dealt with this store for a few years and have never had any issues but I was really unhappy with the recent item I purchased. I specifically said I wanted a new laptop and he sold me a used one. I didn’t notice until I got home and called the store to tell the manager I noticed the laptop had scratches and didn’t appear to be new at all. I feel very ripped off because the person that I dealt with was the store manager and he lied to my face. This is the last time I will do business with this company
