Whoever hired this Alan guy needs a raise, he knows his stuff. I was killing time while my wife was next door at the nail salon. He sold me a washer and dryer and we just bought one 2 weeks ago. I have been with them since before it switched from Gateway, I have spent more than I care to admit. Throughout the years there has been some ups & downs, some people were just wellllll... no one's perfect & Rent One is no exception, I have had my fair shares of telling them to have a day, js but they will do whatever they can to make things right, I would recommend them to everyone, Rent One is a good place to go when the world seems to expensive all at once, buy it slow have it now.... Me and my wife prefer to go here then any other place. They literally brought a 75inch TV and we didn't have a TV stand big enough they had two hours before they closed and they brought us one for our 75 inch. Best company to rent from hands down.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rent One has honestly become one of my favorite places to shop. Over time the staff have started to feel more like family than just employees at a store. Every time I go in, there are always laughs and friendly conversations. Allen is amazing and always works hard to help me get the best deals possible. He actually takes the time to explain options and makes sure I’m getting the most value for my money. One of my favorite things is their Care Plus plan. Life happens, especially with kids, and that plan has saved me more than once. My child even smashed his iPad in our electric recliner and thanks to the insurance they were able to replace it without me having to pay extra. That kind of customer care really means a lot. If you’re looking for a place with great service, good deals, and people who truly care about their customers, I can’t recommend Rent One enough.

I ordered online and had some hiccups with my order coming in- Mike, Corey and Scotty were wonderful in getting everything figured out same day and I ended up with something better than I originally ordered from in store and delivered within hours!
