I love the employees at Rent One In St Roberts Mo ,they are very patient and kind ,and believe me I gave them a run for their money they tried everything to please me ,I was wanting a new living room set ,and they rented me a couch with a chaise lounge on the end but it was too big so they brought me a large chaise lounge, it was uncomfortable to me,they brought me a smaller chaise lounge ,( the chaise lounges I selected but then Allan suggest we order me a couch and chair,(small chaise ) and I was impatient on when I would get it but they were very patient and kept telling me it was approved and it was coming .I receive it yesterday and I absolutely love it .Thanks,Allen,Rob,and Brian,and the guys who delivered my stuff,May God bless you .

Whoever hired this Alan guy needs a raise, he knows his stuff. I was killing time while my wife was next door at the nail salon. He sold me a washer and dryer and we just bought one 2 weeks ago. Idk what to do with this washer and dryer besides give it to my daughter who is graduating tomorrow. My wife isnt happy atm, please tell Alan thanks alot 😆 best wishes my friend! Till next time 🍻

I have been with them since before it switched from Gateway, I have spent more than I care to admit. Throughout the years there has been some ups & downs, some people were just wellllll... no one's perfect & Rent One is no exception, I have had my fair shares of telling them to have a day, js but they will do whatever they can to make things right, I would recommend them to everyone, Rent One is a good place to go when the world seems to expensive all at once, buy it slow have it now....
