He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable — he took the time to walk me through everything at my own pace, which meant so much as I am older and disabled. When the washer and dryer set I originally picked wasn’t available, I tried to order online and became very confused with the process and deposit. Sierra, the store manager, noticed what happened and immediately reached out the very next day. She invited me into the store, personally helped me find something within my budget, and made sure everything was made right. Both Sierra and Marquis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The entire staff is wonderful, accommodating, and truly cares about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent service and genuine people who will treat you with respect.
