I needed to make a payment arrangement I was very sick unable to walk and your employees called me and when u was asking for a week longer they hung up on me and showed up at my door five minutes later yelling that they want there money and if not they will call the cops. If he hadn't hung up on me so rudly he would've heard I probably can pay sooner I'm waiting for my child support check to hit my account and it did minutes later I paid them there payment. But that disrespectful business tactic was in called for and I no longer wish to rent from rent a center. Come get your couch please

Showed I was interested in a item online. The next day a a nice lady names Mindy called me. Told me about all the promotions and sales going on. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will only use Rent -A- Center on Wilson Rd. moving forward. Mindy & Candice is awesome. 10 out of 10 recommended them 2!

They false advertise. I was approved for a sectional waiting on delivery information and when i called a week later to check on delivery, the lady informed me i wasn’t actually approved that the app was wrong but yet they received my funds and rental agreement and didnt reach out and tell me anything til i called. i have a washer and dryer thru them already and approval amount clearly in my account on the app for something else. I will not be purchasing anything more.

I'd give no stars if possible. When I got my refrigerator they tell me they don't even have a truck so I have to pick it up so I show up and she tells me that she has a van that can bring it but I have to wait 48hrs to use it. So it shows up and the guy drops it in my driveway and I have to bring it in the house by myself. On top of it it is dirty and missing pieces. Then because they didn't listen to when I got paid I kept being late. Well the last time she tells me I can'tdo a double payment on my payday because I'm 7 days late. So I come up with the money within an hour and she tells me it's triple what I owe because I'm 2 weeks late. So I tell them to come get it. They did but busted in my front door when we wasn't home and just took it. Avoid this place like it's the plague.

Thee worse place to get anything. They make promises they cant keep. Then when you ask for a refund for something you never got, you the consumers will be lied and given a hard time about retrieving a simple refund. It's a definite scheme and a catch to go here for anything. Go to sears there very polite and respectful to everyone . good luck with this place....never again.
