Rent a center of joplin has to be the most horrible unrespectfull business around, My wife had passed away. They started calling during the funeral. 1 called them back. As Iwas going to the graveside thinking it could be something very important. It was a guy named James from rent a center said the payment was late I told him I was at my wife's funeral He still asked if I wanted to settle up the payment right then . He couldn't just wait for another day he wanted the money then.Isaid call me at another time right now is not the time

Came inside to make a cash payment for my account and was denied and told to do it on the app. Just for that I’ll be returning the merchandise and shopping with AARON’s “Employees lose customers not prices”

They have a bogus requirement that says you have to be on your job 90 days in order to rent. So if you just moved and just started a job. Dont even waste your time going to this location! I would advise you going to Aarons on 58th troost. They are friendly, professional, and dont come with all the ridiculous stipulations

Lekesha and Cody are two of the most unprofessional people I've ever came in contact with. The entire store is a mess. They're disrespectful, and rude. They both have horrible customer service

Tony was awesome.i Ben renting here over 16 years no joke .I like how he keeps it old school customer service treat people like a friend not just a dollar sign. See my son's on the spectrum and Tony understand my son needs I just made a call why I was working he said no problem he got have it at my place today. It got here just in time fore his movie he HAS to WATCH. Thank you Tony thank you
