From the moment I arrived, Corey made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He was welcoming, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was Corey’s leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction. As a manager, he didn’t just supervise—he actively made sure customers were taken care of and that everything was running perfectly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. It’s rare to see a manager who is so hands-on, professional, and genuinely committed to great service. Corey is clearly a huge asset to this company, and his leadership reflects very positively on the entire team. Because of my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Kory was very helpful and up front about everything cost wise full term explained 6mo same as cash explained. Very accommodating. I got what I wanted when I got there and left with more than I knew I wanted when I left there. I love my chair I hope my son and his girl love their bed and my bed is next . Always come through for us ! We tried RAC for a washer and dryer (it was a few bucks cheaper with their promo ) and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for them to have it cancelled on night before delivery………… Called our Aronas we used for a bedroom set a few years ago and they had it out and installed before the other companies scheduled delivery time that they had ended up cancelling ….. Save the headache and go with Aronas Also they will fix your product and service it instead of having to pay an extra fee on top of your product fee…. so honestly RAC price was actually more if you added that in. Huge thank you to Stacey for getting our transaction processed and delivered super fast and huge thank you to Steve and Lois for the professional and quick Install !

I had a great experience in the store with Korey, he made sure I found the product that I love, and answered all my questions. It’s a pretty straightforward process to get you what you need and get you going. I have gotten some great items for really good deals over the years and they last. Just make your payments on time and pay ahead of schedule if you can so that you can get your item paid off.

I've had good experiences with this place for the most part since "Casey" took over as general manager. Spoke to a woman today that changed my outlook on this. Company policy should not get in the way of customer's looking to do business properly. Certainly don't need to have a speech from them on money management. Would have been a 5 had this been handled like it had been for the last few months. Instead I got preached at for 5 mins after making a one month payment. It's a shame. Edit: I've since spoken with Casey, and he has made it worth trusting in this company and it's people again. Upgraded to 5 stars.
