The store didn't open until 12 noon but the nice clerk let me in and took the returned item. She was great!

The sales person i dealt with was Emily at the grandview location. She is a horrible sales rep, I told her my price range and she kept trying to over charge me. I had a bedroom set order and waited a week for her to send me the agreement and when she did the price was 2000 over the original price that I seen online. I had to go instore just for Sally to fix it. Today Saturday April 18 was supposed to be my delivery day Emily the time of my delivery was supposed to be between 1pm and 3pm. Emily does not call me until 2:45 to tell me the the only thing that can deliver is my couch set due to a delivery driver calling in sick. Which made no sense since a couch set is heavier then a bed set. I called back and wasnt satisfied with the new delivery option so I said to cancel the bed set all together. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled delivery time nobody showed up and nobody called about the couch set so I called back and thats when Emily decided to inform me that they canceled my whole order and they didn't have a reason... I would advice nobody to go to this rent a center there employees are horrible I would advise you going to Aarons on 58th troost. They are friendly, professional, and dont come with all the ridiculous stipulations

Definitely a very good experience they were able to get me a not only a washer and dryer but a PlayStation. Tv, couch and recliner for low amount definitely go in and talk with Sally or Emily would definitely recommend this location

absolute terrible experience. I got online and did all the application stuff and picked out what i wanted and it was in store inventory. scheduled a pick and when i showed up was told, No is not here its 20+ miles away, maybe they can get it to the store that day. i leave and go home, I call them back and they tell me the have a used appliance set just like i am looking for in stock and its ready, Ok i am on my way back up to the store. get there and OH NO it just came back and nobody has checked it over. I plainly stated on the phone when i called the first time I needed something today. So after 2 wasted trips to rent a center, wasted time and money i have no washing machine.

The people that work there are rude and don't want to do the job. They were suppose to pick up a chair today and he looked at it and left. He needs a attitude check.

My in store experience was amazing everyone was friendly and helpful. My delivery experience was ghetto they were and hr and a half later than the delivery window quoted and I had to keep calling to check status but once they finally arrived they were nice and polite
