My husband and I went to Rent A Center in Hagerstown, we were just looking to see how their prices compared to other local furniture stores. Eddie was super helpful and there was a 50% off sale!! We paid cash for the furniture. The delivery arrived on time, with a notification call to let us know they were on the way. I have fell under some really difficult times and all three gentlemen have done over and beyond to help me in my time of difficulties. If you are looking for down to earth people and the best customer service this is the store to go to. Thanks guys for everything that you do.

New team is great and better than the last! Credit Manager is very polite and always works with people to help them keep the product. Sales Manager is very personable and has great mannerism. New store manager is good as well, always trying to give people best deals possible. Love this new team!
