We have done a lot of business with Rent a Center. Everything we have gotten has been from this location at the Village of Elkton. Everyone is so helpful and nice and patient. They take the time to help us to find what we need and the financing is great. There is always a greeting and smile when we go to the store. Even when our items are delivered we get the same treatment. Our most recent purchase was a mattress that we desperately needed. Justin and Rachel delivered the mattress and they were amazing! They wore masks and social distanced as much as possible. They were friendly and efficient and explained when I asked questions. I could tell right away that they were amazing people and Rent A Center is very fortunate to have them as part of the team. We will never go anywhere else whenever there is anything we need. Thanks to everyone at the Rent A Center. You guys are awesome!!

I would highly recommend going to this location! The staff is very kind and was very helpful. You can tell they are knowledgable of their products and they were able to get me everything I needed. Im even thinking of going back to get one of the lavender aroma therapy pillows! No questioning, 5 stars across the board.
