I Love this store especially the manager on west Washington street there just like family

I filled out information on their website. It then told me to call the store. The store told me I was denied and could not tell me why or try to help me. I called their corporate office and they said the same thing. No one even attempted to help us. We were trying to rent something to help with an upcoming surgery. Multiple violations of health & safety and business practices.

Had a very weird interaction here with staff that completely put me off from here. Had reached out via online and got a text from someone in store but I hadn’t had a chance to respond or read. Get to the store, greated and given paperwork to fill out. Ok cool no problem. Then starts the weird- Man who was apparently was the one who texted me starts coming over (without introducing who he was) and starts trying to read my documents ( that have lots of sensitive info on it) and then just says ( in a tone like he’s mad I didn’t specifically ask for him when I came into the store) “ yeah I’m the one who texted you and said you’d already need all of this”, and got more and more visually annoyed. He then kept coming up and trying to read the paperwork. He also came around once or twice with his camera behind me, idk if he was trying to film but that was the vibe given. When I asked why they needed 4 references, I got told “ that’s what everyone else who walked in and purchased something had to do, so why don’t I just do it?” Nope. I’m good. I walked out and took my paperwork with me.

Excessive phone calls. Being spoken to as if I am some low life expecting something free. I have been a customer for many years. Life's circumstances has me renting things to buy. Rent a center Finance pricing is triple if not more. Once this item is paid for I will not return and I warn everyone I can of how customers are treated.

Customer service was subpar, too many reminder calls after being a customer who regularly pays timely. Will try a different location if I ever rented again. Overall fair.
1 star due to the insurance on products is trash and don't get a cell phone and pay the extra for insurance due to they do not cover cracked screens if it accidentally falls or honestly anything so ya don't waste your money on that end but otherwise good people but poor insurance policy's. Also if it gets stolen there is nothing they can do I honored my contract and paid it off but good luck they said they would figure something out but nothing it's cool thou I know not to waste my money on phones through them
