They didn't even assemble it just dropped off a box and acted like i should know how to assemble it after being 30 minutes late On top of threatening to have me arrested

Very unprofessional, instead of telling me I couldn’t rent from them, the guy kept me on hold for 30 minutes seen I was still waiting picked the phone up and hung up after asking me to hold, then I called back he told me he would give me a call back never did, I waited till the next day giving them the benefit of doubt that they may just be really busy! Called the next day told me he was waiting on the manager to give me an update never heard anything. Instead of being professional adults and taking care of your customer I just assumed I couldn’t rent from them being they never called or said anything. We live in a world where businesses treat customers so wrong.

buy one The sofa took 6 days to be delivered and they didn't even deliver it; I had to go and pick it up myself, even though I paid for it upfront. I live 6 minutes from the establishment and even then they couldn't make the delivery I'll never go to that place again, it's no good.

horrible, I've been doing business with the East street store in Indy for 6 year, purchased over 5k in merchandise, never missed a payment. the old manager would text me like, hey don't forget your payment was due yesterday, let us know if we can help. and Id pay it because i forgot. new guy manager calls me when i was 1 day late on MY LAST PAYMENT!!! LAST PAYMENT!!! and sick and was like, i need to get that payment from you. i WONT USE THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. Respect your good people. Don't be a jerk.
