Do NOT go here for anything. I was just in with a friend and seen cockroaches everywhere!!! Asked the manager if they even clean and he assured me they do as i was looking at a roach crawl all over there tables computers and ps5!

Friendly staff. Familiar faces because I've done business with them a couple times. Refrigerator and window A/C unit reasonable prices, and low , manageable weekly payments. Will definitely be returning. Thanks guys

I had an absolutely excellent experience at the “Rent-A-Center” on W State blvd. They made it very simple, quick, professional, AND helpful! Definitely the best one in Fort Wayne!

I have rented from them for over a year maybe 2. I've leased and bought out 5 items in that time and working on my last with just a few payments left to pay it off. I am disabled and in and out of the hospital here lately more then I'd wish to be. But they did something that I felt was not okay so I made a complaint with the BBB. The general manager reached out to me and assured me that the situation would be taken care of. After that I got very nasty negative energy from the ppl who work in that store. Not all but some. When I fell behind due to my illness and being in the hospital they just kept calling and came to my home. I usually pay weekly since I've been sick and wheelchair bound and having other expenses to pay for health care. Out of spite and pure retaliation yesterday they charged me $120 over what they were supposed to. Not only did they over charge me but they overdraft my account and took part of my rental payment. Disgusted is an understatement. I spoke with Joe last week and made sure he knew I pay weekly, Not monthly and I don't know why they haven't taken that off yet but I keep telling them too and they won't. I will never do business with this company ever again. This is terrible especially if you're on a fixed income and disabled. As much money as I have spent here in this store this is how they treat ppl like myself. I've filed another complaint with the BBB this morning and contacting my attorney and disability advocate and I'll be taking legal action. Rent a center doesn't care about its customers in real life. They just want your money. It's sad because I was so excited and proud of myself for paying off as much stuff as I did. I definitely feel like I've been robbed and now have to try and explain to my landlord what has happened.
