I was pre approved an was going to get the new psp in auburns location but they didn’t have it an sent me to this one but this one wanted my lease my landlord number plus utilities bill and etc you don’t need all that my id has my residence on it this is not one to go to guys stalker vibes for real

The guys down at the Coliseum Blvd Fort Wayne IN location do an absolute magnificent job at keeping everything on track, offering new amazing items when they become available, and are super friendly always. Good job guys!

I am a loyal customer and have been back a few times as a returning customer that has paid things off I should get a discount on future purchases. You guys have a crazy profit margin and if you want a loyal customer to return I think there needs to be a better deal.

The new manager they have there Brian is a joke. I would not recommend this Rent-A-Center store to anybody bad customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there told the guy I can make my payment Monday instead of Saturday and he said I’d have to return my item if I did not pay it today after having a almost perfect payment history. but it’s not my place to choose for you. You go there and decide for yourself how it is.
