I've been with Rent-A-Center for over 17 years and out of all of them this one is the best I wasn't Bluffton road but I moved to this one because Joe is the best manager and he's a good guy

Piss poor experience. 1st time and will be the last time! Payment was due today and I literally just woke up. The blew my phone up. I’m about ready to just drive this crap back up and wipe my hand clean from rent a crap

Trying to teach a young adult to be adult and paying their bills is difficult when they are doing their part and the manager Keith continues to raise the price on the individual. My goddaughter is in the process of trying to finish paying her couch off when we go in on Saturday, he refunds her money that was paid towards a loaner couch when it should have been paid towards the couch she actually was getting. It took a month for her couch to come in. The price originally supposed to be $597. Then it went up to $698 on Saturday, today is Monday and it is $798.00. This is so unprofessional. I would not do business there.

I absolutely love Keith he goes above and beyond the call of customer service right down to offering words of wisdom and courage I love Keith and his team!!!! Always willing to work with you when you are going through a hard time. They really make you want to spend your money because you just look forward to making your payments just so you can talk to them

These guys are for the most courteous guys I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any rent to own or department store for that matter there's 20 people in the store 4 employees and everyone is walking out happy and under control. Even though there's kids running around like heathens, even though there was drama on the phones these guys maintained their composure and just help in fast timely manner it's give em 10 stars if I could
