Rent One is absolutely the best team of people who can make renting furniture according to your needs. My mother moved into an assisted living facility where you had to furnish the room & I selected what she needed & these wonderful people delivered & set everything up in a matter of hours!! I've never met such wonderful, accommodating people in my life! I can't say enough about Rent One. Rome is "the best" manager & Jennifer was the awesome team member who calmed down my anxiety as I had to move my mom that day!! Thanks to Rent One for coming to my rescue!!😀😀

I ordered two mattresses and they put them on seperate contracts and wanted me to pay double the fees. Took money out of my bank account without authorization before I even got beds. Cancelled the agreement as payment was $40 more than advertised. Eaiting on my refund. Not very happy with hidden fees.

Love my Taylorville store, employees are always nice and helpful. I normally communicate via text and they always text right back. Delivery was 20 mins early so I didn’t have to wait all day and when I got something else and went in to pick it up it was ready and all paperwork was ready. Keep up the great work Taylorville team!!
