Have a bad situation going on involving an employee at a taylorville site. No one ever picks up the phone when you call had to call corporate just to get an issue resolved ridiculous

There is a a horrendous woman at the Taylorville location named Morgan. Lack of customer service skills did it in for me. Morgan & Charity need training on how to leave a voice message. I would have kept my 5000 dryer if it weren't for the lack of customer service. Don't sell something that only works for a week then get upset that we want it fixed correctly before making anymore payments.. Now I've sent it back and bought one out right from rent a center.

If I could give zero stars I would. The one in Taylorville went down slowly, and is just got way of hand. They don't treat customers with respect, or don't work with you on the payments. They also anymore are higher prices then before. I had to fight my bank to get the money back when they took my stuff without a refund. You don't listen to someone's spouse, you listen to the customer.

We have had a great experience at the Taylorville Aaron's.. They are very friendly and kind employees..We have bought a new refrigerator, double oven stove, washer, dryer, and front room set and we are very pleased.. We will go back for almost anything we would need. They have worked with us on our payments, when we couldn't make them right on time. They will work with you on the payments if you just call or go in and explain the issue. Thanks Taylorville Aaron's for being a great and friendly place to buy stuff.. You all get over 5 stars from us..
