Customer reviews
New management starting with Abigail is terrible, under trained, lack customer service basic skills. After doing business for years originally issuing a 5 star review over a year. Management has turned this location into ann unorganized, unprofessional and unwelcoming staff and no longer makes me want to invest my $$ here. Neither should you. Honestly feel bad for Dylan for having to deal with this mess he is the ONLY one with logical sense and not disgusting entitlement attitudes.
Linda was such a huge help I told her what I wanted something decent to game on while being able to complete work for clients and she got me what I needed quick, and she also made the whole process very quick and easy. Thank you so much Linda. Willie Toles
Shawn was fantastic—he handled my special request smoothly and made everything so easy. Thank you for such a great customer experience!
Always helpful. Always done to get you new equipment. Always give you deals on furniture and bedroom sets and living room sets. They're absolutely amazing up there there! Thank you so much Rent King!
Shawn and the team was phenomenal when it came to resolving a minor issue. I’ve been a customer for a few years and all their products are great.
Jamie at the Busch Location was Especially Helpful, Friendly, Informative and answered any and all questions that I had, she was helpful in being a second eye and it was literally like I had brought my best friend with me to help me out. Thank you so much Jamie For making the process so easy, if I would’ve known that, this would have been the very first and only place that I stopped.
Staff is delightful and helpful. And I am forever on their mind. When new items arrive, store sales, or new promotions arise they are constantly prompt to notify me. To Ensure I understand the paperwork time is set aside and full disclosure is explained. They help me calculate options before committing. I’ve visited other Rent Kings and purchased and have engaged the staff but the staff at the Busch Location is hands down the best!
