We had a team event and for many of us, this was our 1st experience with Escape room. We all had a great time! The staff was very helpful - from the initial call, to booking, to the actual day when we showed up. Love the unlimited ‘hints’ that we got throughout the game. We really enjoyed it!!

We had an amazing time at The Great Escape Room in downtown St. Pete! From the moment we arrived, Carla and Will were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole experience smooth and exciting. The escape room itself was creative, challenging, and so much fun. A huge shoutout to Kenny, who helped us with hints through the iPad he was absolutely hilarious and made the experience even better. His timing and humor had us laughing while still helping us stay on track. Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with teamwork and fun. Highly recommend this place we can’t wait to come back!

Me and my group had such a good time we did two rooms in one day! Carla was who helped us and was our game master and she did such an amazing job! It was two of my friends first times and they had such a good time, and she was so patient with us. I also want to thank Carla soooooooo much because she helped me with an issue with my encore tickets that no one else was able to help me with! But she took the time to do it, and I appreciate it so much.
