I have paid off multiple accounts from mattresses, 86 inch TVs to living room sets. I ordered a living room set online 3 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I called the store many times in between asking for updates. Today I finally cancelled the order and will buy a living room set elsewhere . All the employees could tell me is “I don’t know, I don’t know why, etc” This is not how you treat a customer who has paid off multiple high priced accounts. Never again will I spend money here.

I was told by Wendy on Thursday that my items would be delivered Monday and today I called and told no appointment was made so now I have to wait until Wednesday. There was no apology due the wrong info being provided.

Just got a early birthday present for myself! I went In just browsing and Wendy F made it so easy and fast to finance a electric bike. She worked with what I was able to afford and made was very knowledgeable and considerate of my finances! I will definitely be back and will keep this as my new destination for things I want but may not be able to afford to pay in full+)!
