Working with Rent-A-Center with an absolute pleasure trailer rental center the manager is an absolute amazing person bent over backwards jump through hoops to help me and make sure that after a first failed attempt because of the weather second attempt to deliver my product went without a hitch absolutely amazing the man that came to deliver the tv at 7:30 at night with an absolute pleasure to deal with very friendly very knowledgeable very apologetic just wanted to make sure that I was happy the way things turned out and I am those people that work in that store are they absolute best customer service Representatives I've seen in a retail setting ever that's purchase many products from Winter center paid them off when I needed and your company and the people that work at that Palm Bay store on the manager all the way down to the guys that deliver the products are absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful

I worked with Heather at this store and she was phenomenal. I told her what I wanted and she was able to get everything I needed in my budget. She is very nice and professional and I highly recommend her for anything and when I come back I will for sure deal with her. Great customer service manners!

*UPDATE! 2/2/2026 ***UPDATE!!!! Heather is amazing!! Very pleasant and professional. Dedicated to you. Bad experience!!! Heather, the "Manager" is after blood we dont know what we did to this lady but from the jump she was snappy with us, wouldn't let us speak, and would not listen to us. She accused us of fraud we have been going to Aaron's for many years and have purchased many items from them. We won't be buying from them again, ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
