Worst nightmare comes true. My ex Phil made me look stupid. He came back in my life all lovey dovey, got a job here after hearing im still renting, silence but not hostile and now has talked about my account multiple times on personal times, threatened me, obviously talked trash to staff about me there. I get he made me look stupid and now staff ive been dealing with for about 2yrs now treat me like shit and stupid. I complain to corporate but no response. He is playing mind games and thats not right. He's taking advantage of my ptsd as veteran, 100% service connected. I don't appreciate mind games being facilitated. Please learn to be more professional. I will continue to share my story until im heard. That's not right. I paid off my item just to be done, he is blocked but still notifications. Ive bought several items over the years and bc of all this im done with aarons, ill go to RAC.

Today I called Aaron and Erica answered the phone. I need it help with my account. She not only helped me but also fixed the issue. She was very pleasant over the phone. Also very knowledgeable and very patient. She took her time and was able to give me a solution. What a fantastic customer service. We need more people like her. Thank you Erica.

Heather and Synthia are amazing! No matter what , they always seem to get things down . Working with you payment wise and understanding to the situation when an emergency comes up ! Erika also goes above and beyond . You’re never left in the blind and that seems to happen a lot today in sales , especially when it comes to hidden fees and rates . Thanks ladies and keep up the great work :)

A huge thank you to Heather, Synthia, and Erica at the Palm Bay store—you all were so welcoming and helpful. And Michael at the Melbourne location—your product knowledge and customer service made such a difference in helping me choose exactly what I needed. You truly went above and beyond! Also, shoutout to Tim and the delivery team for being professional, efficient, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new recliners! This has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I can honestly say I’m a customer for life. To management—you have an amazing team who genuinely cares about your customers. 100% recommend Aaron’s! Synthia was amazing! She made a point to deliver my mattress with the driver, she is definitely all about customer satisfaction. Thank you - highly recommend

I just want to thank Heather, Mike, Erika for not only with help picking out what we wanted. But also we have a bit a hard with my husband in the hospital and they have gone above and beyond to there ability to work with us to keep our stuff that we love. So thank you so much for everything. Y’all are the best. For anyone who reads this check them out they are fantastic, great personality’s, helpful and have always had a smile .
