I have had the best experience with this company. I rented a dryer on the 20th of May and we had some trouble with that dryer and the day after Memorial Day they were ready with a new dryer and took the old one out all in the same day! This store is great , every-time I have an issue Tyler gets it handled ! His repair man fixed a ladder for me on a bunk bed very friendly and prompt ! George and his other co worker can’t remember his name came to deliver the tv stand they set it up promptly so friendly and trustworthy ! Very polite and knowledgeable! Thank you Tyler for always making everything right with a great attitude!! And thank you for teaching your team to be just like you caring friendly and prompt ! I have been dealing with this store for years and have had some pushbacks but Tyler has always made it right before Tyler was there I didn’t really have good experiences with the other leadership!
