My husband and I purchased a 4pc bed set and a mattress and it was the best experience ever! I put the request in on the website early in the morning and Derrick called me that same morning to discuss and finalize everything and he was amazing! I had an issue with an order through the online system, and not only did Tyler refund me for the mishap (item ordered but never came, yet i still had an auto payment taken out) but he also waived my payment that was due today for another item, AND on top of that he asked if i still wanted the tv and said it would be free for today! Tyler really went above and beyond for me, making sure i was nothing less than satisfied. He asked me about three times if I still wanted the tv, he was determined to make sure i got what i had wanted. It’s Christmas so money is tight, and now I don’t have to worry about anything until after Christmas now. Thank you so much Tyler, and George as well for your customer service, I know I was a bit sassy at first.
