Mother has been coming to this location for years and let me tell you this new manager NOEL IS VERY RUDE OVER PHONE, MY MOTHER CALLED BECAUSE SHE WAS TRYING TO DO A PAYMENT FOR ME ,because I’m outta town for an emergency due to something that occurred , my mom was in hospital that’s same day they spoke over the phone due to argument with this manager Noel she had a heart attack while she was in the hospital due to Noel’s behavior and having to argue , I HAVE RESPECT FOR THE OLD MANAGER EHO KNEW TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS and my respect to Adriana she so nice and help my mother with her count a lot I give this 0 ⭐️’s

The staff members at this location are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I completed an online application and received information immediately. Electronics are pricy to lease compared to cash purchased payments are doable. There’s also a 120 days option for early payoff.

So far my experience has been negative starting the GM Mark! He called me and was nothing but absolutely rude condescending and arrogant! The gentleman that made the delivery was kind polite and courteous! They need a new GM asap because the way he speaks to his customers is beyond rude and not in any way you should speak to someone who is using their hard earned money in their store. They never answer the phone the there even customer service couldn’t get ahold of them at the store. Do better Be better!

For as many years me and my family have been purchasing furniture and tvs this location i will never rent again. Management Mark was the Problem was not empathetic called 24xs a day I work and he doesn't even care . I'm over aarons he has made never wanna do business again. And I wont....
