Julio…. Excellent service! He was professional, and installed my refrigerator quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was working properly and answered all of my questions. I did the entire process online. To be called and told that they don't have what they offered on their website. So they started the process over again on something that was twice as expensive. Went through the entire process. To ask me to pay $74 out of pocket. It was a $10 startup deal. On their website. Then tells me that they don't honor that over the phone even though he's the one who called me to change it. When I told him that he had blown the sale because he kept repeatedly asking me how much was I looking to pay. He said sure and a thumbs up. His manager should fire him immediately

Julio did an amazing job ! Communication was great even before delivery, he was very respectful and fast when assembling my furniture overall did an amazing job ! Very friendly and kind person definitely a great experience and great service from his part !

Julio showed up earlier then expected. Brought my couches, tv and entertainment center inside. Set up and explained everything to me. He was super kind and even turned on the fireplace for my kids to enjoy on the entertainment center

I just wanna give Jonathan the store manager a huge thank you! I recently moved and all my info was linked to another store so I simply called this location to update my info and do the order myself online, I quickly changed my mind on doing things alone because Jonathan went above and beyond to not only help me update my address but help me place an order for delivery as soon as tomorrow! Thank you RAC 10/10 experience
