My experience with the Manager and her associate (Jansed) has been nothing less than excellent! They are always willing to work with me if I have an issue with my payments and provide outstanding customer service each time I visit. I always enjoy my shopping experience when I visit their store location. As someone who is new to the city of Orlando, they have made my living experience much easier to adjust too. I am beyond appreciative of their professional and compassionate service.

Worked with Dustin and was overly impressed!! This was a last minute rental and had to have certain details worked out, such as the fridge being at temp at time of delivery for a catering event we were doing. Dustin took the time to hear out all of our specifics and then met every one of our needs! Service was kind, respectful, quick, and attentive to detail. Definitely will be our first call for future rentals!
