Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During my interactions with Emmalee, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not treated with the respect and professionalism I expected. I also felt the focus was more on collecting payment than on providing helpful, knowledgeable customer service. In my opinion, the previous management was much more understanding, responsive, and customer-focused. The difference in my experience has been significant. I left the interaction feeling dismissed and dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with this company again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements so future customers have a better experience. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Had to get a washer in an emergency. They delivered. Kenrick and Angel were awesome. They helped us, and went above and beyond during delivery. Took care of us like family.

I had a great experience with Aaron’s Rental! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to explain all the options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The furniture/appliances were clean, high-quality, and delivered right on time. What really stood out was their customer service — they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’d definitely recommend Aaron’s to anyone looking for affordable rentals with great service and flexible payment options.

The customer service at this location is spectacular. These twi gentlemen, and this young lady took care of me.
