The store had a welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of furniture, electronics, appliances, and home products available to choose from. I especially appreciated the ability to find quality items without needing large upfront payments, which made the process much more manageable and convenient. The staff members were professional, patient, and very helpful when explaining the rental and purchase options available. Everything throughout the showroom appeared clean, organized, and well maintained. Delivery and setup were handled smoothly and efficiently, making the overall experience stress free. Went to this location at 4:30 today to purchase a sectional. I walked in and the employee was helping a couple with a washer purchase. No problem. I sat down. I was never acknowledged at all, even just to say they would be with me soon. I waited about 20 minutes. I could hear the employee speaking with the couple. I figured they were understaffed being New Year’s Eve. I got up to leave and heard the employee ask another employee for a phone number. So there was another employee there the entire time. This was my first experience with Rent A Center and unfortunately my last.

I'd like to strongly advise anyone who values themselves not to shop here. We've been dealing with the impossible in our family, had to travel out of Florida for extensive periods of time, and always pay based on our paycheck schedule with work. We don't have phone service at the moment, but they will call more than 7 times in a day (any number they had) if you're late, threatening tactics, coming to the house anywhere from 3-6 times a day. And what's better is at 8:20pm they banged on the door AND the windows while my house sitter and their child were trying to shower and get ready for sleep. They got it on recording and I will be taking next steps with legal teams.

Yall are worst than a collection agency. I’m card is ALWAYS locked so it doesn’t go through. Before I even get a chance to make the payment y'all literally call me right after without a moment to spare. Would never recommend and once my furniture is paid I’ll never rent from this company again.

Rent A Center on Ariana street has always went above and beyond to help me over the past 12yrs .. Even if there’s something they don’t carry in stock they have actually went to a competitor store to get it for me and still give me a great deal. Special shoutout to Brain thanks for all that you have done for me especially coming all the way out to my house for a 20 sec fix on one of my elelectronics wasn’t working. You truly represent Customer Service and Customer Care. Once again thank you Brain Jose and Demonte for all your hospitality and dedication to me and my family over the years truly appreciated
