Stephen is rude and disrespectful to customers if you fall behind on your payment be expected to be called out your name. I have multiple voice recordings of me being called the B word being told not to speak practically to shut up It seems if you make a payment they’re threatening you and everything. I would not go to the store and rent from Stephen at all Ever again. He claims that he has personal issues going on at home and that’s why it affects him at work being disrespectful to customers regional manager does nothing about it You get a hold of corporate they don’t do nothing about it. Just know if you’re renting from there and you fall behind, they’re coming at you cursing threatening everything under the book

Just go to aarons me and the wife called them to get me a laptop they asked me what I was looking for we told them they asked me what I had down I told them $25/30 bucks they said yeah we can work with that so we go down there spent an hour filling out everything for them to say they wanted $130 down nope I went to aarons not only did I get a better computer and a cheaper price I walked out of there without a down payment and I don't have a payment until the first

Awesome! They all had great spirits when assisting me. Accommodated me in getting what I wanted and did it with a smile. Made me feel appreciated and welcome. Went far beyond the call of duty. My husband even offered to buy lunch. That's saying something because he is stingy!!! 😂

Steven is incredibly rude. Additionally, he flat out lied to me. Don't believe him when he tells you that you HAVE to purchase the insurance. He thought it was okay to treat me like I'm beneath him. If this is the way he is willing to treat before the sale, can't imagine how he will treat someone after the sale.
