I went online to get a washer and dryer for myself and the total purchase said it would be $900 same as cash for a new washer and dryer set. I went into the store just to give them my i.d. to finalize the paperwork and the female manager there said she had to switch stuff around and I ended up with a USED set for $1340 same as cash. Don't ask me how she did it, I have no idea and their charging me brand new charges for used items. I stuck it out because I just really wanted a washer and dryer and when I got it the dryer only worked for 3 days and the power supply box needed to be replaced and the washer makes a metal clanking sound when I use it sometimes. They said it would be fixed in a week and I would get a loaner until they fix it. 2 months later their still telling me their going to get me a loaner and fix it and they forgot to put the work order in before. I told him I wanted to cancel and he said he would bring it down to $714 same as cash so I agreed. Come to find out he put it down to the original price it was supposed to be $900 then put the $130 I already paid toward it and told me $714 based on the amt it will be after my payment coming up this Saturday. My advice. They are not good to do business with. I made it clear to them that I will never do business with them again. They are underhanded and try to get you to pay high prices for broken equipment and they trick you into thinking that their making it right. He tried to make me think they took off $600 but they really only brought it down about $100 for broken equipment and I'm still waiting for them to fix it after 2 months of making payments. Good luck.

Nothing but horrible people work here. The customer service is atrocious, they are rude, they don't stand by the products and good luck getting any help from them without going to corporate first. Then they had the nerve after being told to come get the stuff to not come get it and send threats via text with fl statutes???? Don't go to this store, it's under new management and guess what... I'm already having problems... if you venture here well....I tried to tell ya

Corporate has been called. I have a washer and dryer through these people. I’ve never been late or missed a payment. I’m on a weekly payment schedule. Things happen and I couldn’t make my payment yesterday. I woke up to 2 calls, 3 texts, and 2 emails within an hours time. Try to text back and say hey I’m sorry had personal stuff happen. I’ll be making 2 payments on Tuesday when my check hits to which I’m told they are updating my payment schedule against my consent to every 2 weeks and are requiring 102.00 on Tuesday instead of the 35.00 I’m past due and the 35.00 payment for next week. So I call and speak with Giovanni who is so extremely rude and condescending it ain’t funny…to be I’m told that if I can’t afford the items to return them. I said clearly given my payment history I afford it just fine. People do have personal things that happen or some up. I’ve never been late and never missed a payment on this agreement or the other 2 I have had with you in the past. I do not agree to the contract change or the payment you’re trying to bully me into making. I will make the double payment Tuesday which puts me a week ahead. To which I’m told we rescinded your online access you can only pay by phone and the 102 will be required or we will come get the items…I said ok we can play that game. Hung up on him and he proceeded to call back AGAIN trying to make nice on my voicemail oh we got off on the wrong foot. Sorry dude. Corporate has been called and will be dealing with you. I am not one to be bullied.

I bought a washer and dryer set. Top of the washer was dented when they dropped it off, but I let it go because we had so many delays and issues with getting it delivered and I was already frustrated. They start texting you about a payment being due the day before it is due and then will call and text multiple times the day that it is due. Text messages are always the same “we need to know when you’re going to make your payment” Had an issue with my bank and had to get a new account, I was waiting to get my new information in so I could make a payment. Got a phone call today from Patrick while I was in the middle of a conference at work, thought I sent the call to voicemail but accidentally answered it on my watch. Patrick left me a nasty voicemail calling me rude for hanging up on him and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call him back or let him know when he could pick up his merchandise. The pushy behavior and rudeness of the people who work here is insane and if I would have known I would have never went here to purchase these items. When I called him back to explain what was going on and tell him that I did not appreciate the voicemail told I was being rude. Will be filing a formal complaint and contemplating cutting my losses on the washer and going with another company to get them. Transcript of voicemail that I received in the post. Absolutely ridiculous!
