Please if you can help it please don’t ever and I do mean don’t ever rent from this company. They will literally harass you even it’s not much to pay off please try other companies first and let this be the last resort

It’s amazing that you pay week by week, so instead of driving half a hour I started paying every two weeks or so that includes any late fees they charge, never had a problem.. only when the item is almost paid off I start getting phone calls. Ok! If I’m not paying you, then how is it almost paid off! So Feb 28 they call I make a 3 weeks payment, they tell me the payoff is $140 yesterday April 11 they call I ask the pay off it’s $102 , okay between this Time I check my bank I have paid $71 so and this is suppose to include the 20 percent discount ??? How does this add up?? No I do not recommend .. they are fine to work with until item is almost paid off.

I always try my best to pay my bills on time. I put this bill on auto pay to insure paying my bill on time. When my father passed on Father’s Day, I had no worries about my bill. I did not check my account like I normally would to see if the money had been taken out because I knew that that was one less thing that I had to be concerned about during my time of grief. Two months go by, no problem. The bill is on autograft. I am now in a place to check on bills and to make sure that everything is running smoothly. When I did, I found a notice stating that Quality Home Rentals was auctioning off my items in my storage unit. I called to see what had happened and Phillip was so nasty to me! He charged my card without authorization for the full amount and proceeded to make it seem like it was all my fault. I WOULD “NOT” recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! Find another place that will treat you with respect. These people could care less about the people they serve.

I really love the friendliness and helpfulness that they offer as well as good service. I love that they have what you need and the prices are just right for your pockets ( well mines anyway ). I would recommend anyone to go there.

If I could give this place a zero I would. These people are completely unprofessional. There is no communication with the customer and they will tell you that you are late even when they did not try to contact you. This has been the absolute worst experience. How you tell me that I would be on auto pay and then stop accepting auto pay without informing your customers? I would rather dry my clothes in an oven or draw a TV on a cardboard box before I do business here again. And they worker that looks like the inflated version of shaggy from Scooby Doo is completely rude and unprofessional. If you are thinking about getting anything from here, do not do it. You will have a constant headache.

Do not rent you will lose money and poor quality

I went into quality rentals last week for a couch . I did app , got approved it just the couch I wanted they didn't have. Rufus said he will call me and let me know when they order my color . Well I waited and Rufus never called and like many said they are horrible when it comes to returning calls or letting you know about important information. Rufus is nice and all but do better with response. And now I was supposed to have my couch delivered today at 11am ,and I'm still waiting on it and it's now 2:43pm . 3 hours gone and I have other places to be .

This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever dealt with before in my life!! The manager RUFUS is so rude and GHETTO I felt like I was speaking with someone off of the street!! I tried to make a payment for my sister and was asking about my sister balance that was left over and he want to get upset at me like i can’t ask questions!! I still tried to make a payment and he denied it by hanging up on me four times and wouldn’t pick up the next three times I called!! I will never recommend this place to no one you’re better off getting your furniture from the junk yard!!! I will be reaching out to corporate!!

I currently rent from quailty homes store in albany georgia. The prices are great and affordable. When it's time to replace or repair things the service sucks. I called two weeks ago about my radio which is not working properly. I was told someone would be out here to take it to get service. Nothing happen i continue to pay as usual thinking after the hoildays they would fix it. Well yesterday 12/27/2018 i called again with the same request that someone come out here to fix my radio. They lied again had me home all day waiting for someone to come get my radio. I wasted my only day off didn't get to handle any of my business waiting on quality homes to repair something i am still paying on that doesn't work properly. I am so upset about this matter until i really want to take my bussiness somewhere else. But when u are late they waste no time with putting notes on ur door and charges ten extra dollars on your account for gas..

Never spend your time or money in this place. They will lie in your face and won't take responsibility of their employees lies. I was lied to by one of their employees who decided to quit unbeknownst to myself n several other customers and they were aware that the now ex employee had told multiple of their customers this lie. Yet they still tarnished customers account after having made commitments to make late payment. It's like they didn't give a damn about what was told n provided to their customers once this guy left their company. A commitment is a commitment regardless of who set it as long as it's set before their leaving of the company and because they leave doesn't mean that commitment is now invalid. I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATINGS I WOULD.

Purchased a AC unit a week ago . Condenser went out went in around the store about 1130 and left at 1221. It's 321 and they still haven't brought it out. Do anyone know the home office number.
