This is my third unit from this company. Quality and sturdiness top notch! Corey did an amazing service for placing it exactly where I wanted to put it. It was a challenge believe me. Highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

So happy we ended up purchasing from Millcraft in Niles. Chris was so helpful and friendly, he made the purchasing process relaxing and easy. This May was nothing but rain and having our shed delivered on May 29th was creating some stress because we had to use our neighbors yard to get it delivered, but these guys are professionals. There were only indents their grass, the yards were still in perfect shape. But if it would’ve been too wet they would’ve held the shed for us which made things a lot less stressful. The whole experience was as good as I hoped for. I highly recommend these guys!

Just went and purchased a shed from this company in Washington PA found the shed I've been looking for color is perfect size is perfect. Just paid $100 security deposit and waiting for a call for delivery. I'm excited and waiting to enjoy my new shed for my Harleys

A friend found out from the shed bought had No underlayment under the roof, caused mold. Also noticed separation of wood .

Worked out a deal with Chad from the canton site incredibly easy to talk to and very helpful not even a day later was called from Chris in the factory and we went over the entire building back to front discussing my options of the building and how to make it exactly how I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about this company so helpful and here to make sure your getting exactly what your looking for thanks again guys !

Edison was fantastic to deal with. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different options and buildings available. What I really liked was he wasn't a pushy sales person! We are so overwhelmed by the ease of purchasing our new 10 x 20 shed from our salesman Rodney to the customer service at the Millcraft factory. Communication with both was outstanding! David delivered our new shed and had it set in 20 minutes. The craftsmanship is outstanding! We could not have had a better five star experience! This company is truly committed to pleasing the customer.

Ordered a shed. Told the ground is wet…totally dry . It’s bone dry. Been told it’s raining. Not in my area was then told Tuesday five days from now with rain everyday in the forecast. Owner talk to be like your stupid. Sent photos of dry ground and was then threatened that the machine will get stuck. So they had plans to turf my yard because they didn’t feel like doing their job on a Friday.

My he shed is amazing. We got the step roof, windows, 2 doors, u- shaped loft, Fully insulated, 100amp power, plugs, lights. And the delivery was a site to see. Only minor issue was some roof damage that was fixed within 2 days.

The whole process was easy, and everyone was so pleasant to work with, we loved that we got to pick the colors and it is so well built, they deliver and set up, it was an effortless and awesome service. Go see Chris!

We actually won a shed from Millcraft Barns at the Trumbull County Fair. The quality is unbelievable! Delivery was a piece of cake! I definitely know where I am going to buy from in the future! I highly recommend Millcraft Barns!

I purchased my shed here and needed it moved 2.5 miles. We were scheduled for last week and got cancelled on last minute. I sent multiple messages with no response. They scheduled me for the next week “first thing in the morning” but again, no confirmations, no responses. I finally called the cell number I found on their Facebook page and he was nasty to me off bat. Then said someone would call me.. an hour later someone called and cancelled on me at noon. This is the second vacation day my husband has taken to be here for this. To not even check your schedule the day before and confirm is such poor business and zero consideration for others time. I called the cell number again and nicely asked if there was anything we could do today since this is the second time we took off work for the move and he immediately treated me like garbage. But said I was rude. I highly doubt he would’ve spoken to my husband like he spoke to me.. there was no resolution. A lot of places won’t move the shed unless you bought it there but use a different mover if you can find one. We’ve been very kind to them and I was understanding the first time. I’ve sent multiple people to this business for sheds but will never again. I own my own business too and would never dream of speaking to my customers like this.
